The Site provides a web-search interface (a search box and related informational pages such as About, Privacy, Terms and Contact). It is a company-operated search front end. We do not promise that any query will return results, rankings, or third-party content.

The search box may accept input and submit it. Availability of results, indexes, or external sources is not guaranteed and may change or be unavailable without notice.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Site for lawful, personal or internal business use.

You must not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, spam, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, or overload the Site.
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access except with our prior written consent.
• Upload malware or interfere with other users.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

The Site design, logo, text, and layout are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or republish them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Search queries you type remain your responsibility. You warrant that your use of the search box does not violate any law or third-party right.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, AND ACCURACY OF ANY SEARCH OUTPUT.

We are not responsible for websites you may reach after using the Site, or for any third-party content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 5,000 (INDIAN RUPEES FIVE THOUSAND).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You will indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Messages sent via the contact form or to business@scisearchselection.com are not guaranteed confidential until we confirm receipt in writing. We aim to reply within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a response.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site (including the search box) at any time. We may update these Terms; the Effective Date will be revised. Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
